L-100 on Display

Can anyone tell what happened, Just got Cs6100 , it was up and running and now suddenly the display shows L-100. Hard boot was done and now it shuts off. When flick it back on it still show L-100. the receiver dosen't stay on more than 2 seconds after did the hard boot. It was purchased 2 days ago, everything was ok till now. What can possiblity be wrong? faulty receiver? Is there anything I can do??????? :confused: :(

factory reset/default.....load factory bin....load the bin that was working.

I'd try those steps first and see what happens.

How do you do the factory reset/default.....load factory bin....load the bin that was working (I tried bin 144 and 145 ... L-100 still there). I turn off the back button of the coolsat receiver (10 minutes) and turn back on again and the L-100 still display. What should I do? Please help! Thanks in advance.

nox2rlx. you will need to load the files with a RS232 cable and Load it 3 times and do a System Recovery after each load ,as to the reset read the blue stickeys at the top of the page

I agree with Ace and Petey.

Load the factory file with the cable and use the coolsat pro Loader. If the factory FILE works than proceed with the current file.
If not than return it to where you purchased it.

You should do a factory default as well and set up your coolsat from scratch
