118 119 DN Settings

My friend has tryed everything with his HD Nfusion to get 119 with no luck. He has that LNB to get 118 and 119 he gets 118 no problem but cant seem to get 119 im not sure what to tell him. Is 118 and 119 the same bird (must be) If so what does he need to do ??? He had both 118 119 with the Nfusion nova before he swaped over???:noclue:

make sure the lnb frequency for 119 is 10750 just like 118 . and probebly you know that you have to scan 118 and 119 saperete .
