is 2038 a good file i cant get it to work ive entered the keys manually and everything and get nothing

What provider are you testing for?
make sure autoroll in on in the menu..

we have neusat sp 6000 reg we have the auto roll on we have even erased everything anf redownloaded everything and still have nothing

You did not mention what provider you are trying to receive from.
Is it DN 119-110 or BEV-91W?
I do not test the Neusat SP 6000 but since V2038 was released back in Aug 23, 2008 and we have had 2 ECMs since then...I would kind of doubdt the file would be any good.
For BEV....an older file mat be up...one dated in Jun/08 around the 23rd of june.
Remember, I do not test this receiver and am assuming it operates strictly on FTA and not IKS.
