360 elite keeps freezing

Hi does anybody know how to fix a 360 elite box that keeps freezing. the screen turns gray then comes back on. At least it comes back on by itself but if your watching a program it drives you nuts and I can't record without interuptions. any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Ooops........Good point guys. Last night on DN TBS HD, I had freezing and pixalization throughout the ball game on a SV8000.
Haven't really checked other channels. Sorry about the generalization.

Im actually having the same problems, it freezes then comes back on after a min or two

same here as well, some channels more than others. sometimes its every 10-15 minutes sometimes it wont do it for hours. always comes back on in a minute or less.
