SV-360 Elite on PMS

I have had this Sonic View 360 Elite for 6 month or so. Its been working fine until 2 days ago. I turned it on and it said its scrambled no voice or picture. I have great quality and strength. I reloaded the bin file first w/o any success. I reloaded

First - SV360EChanF
Second - SV360 Elite SAT FILE 05-18-08.sat
Third - SV360Elite_FACTORY_V0103.rom
Forth - SV360Elite_V0186P_Charlieblackout_FIXED010809.rom

My set up is
DP Plust 500 LNBF 119 and 110. Single cable going to my SV360 elite tuner 1.

Setup
Tuner 1
Sat = Star 7
LNB = Single
LNB Freq = 11250
22kz = off
LNB Pow = on
Trans = 12239
Search = All
Net = on
Diseq = port #1
Motor = dis

I am just trying to get 119 first for trouble shooting.

Any ideas?

First thing is set "Lnb Type" to "OCS-DP".
Your setting look good otherwise.
"Diseqc=Port 2 for sat 110.

Make sure you're on the correct tuner if you're only using one cable.

I tried the your sug
Lnb = OCS-DP
Diseqc=Port 2 (i did have it at port 2 it was a typo on my part)

It does scan fine. It reads all the channels. I can go in the guide and see all the channes with the featured show names. But, i still dont have video and sound.

110 is Port 2.
119 is port 1.

Did you write down your settings and then do a factory default, then scan?
Make sure your software version is 186p in your menu....

Here's the procedure:

Do a factory reset.

Load latest fix.
Do your settings.
Scan.

First of all, I appriciate your help so much guys.

I loaded the Factory Reset.
loaded factor file as per link above.
loaded what I know is the latest fix. = SV360Elite_V0186P_Charlieblackout_FIXED010809.rom
Changed all my seetings to:
Sat = EchoStar7
Connections = separate
LNB Type = OCS-DP
LNB Freq = 11250
22KHz = off
LNB Power = on
Transponder = 12224 ( I have chaged Echo 7 to 12239 it keep on defaulting back to 12224).
Search Opt = All
Nework Search = on
DiSEqC = Port 1
Motor = Disable
Legacy Sw = off
Did a new Scan "Scan SAT".
I still dont have voice or Picture. I did find one channel that was working at one point.
Quality is above 70 - 100%
Strength > 80%
Channel Guide shows all channes.
Screen is blank with message = "No signal or Scrambled"

Hmmmmmmmmm
I guess tune in a scrambled channel like ESPN or something. Then go to Lyngsat.com and verify that the TP info is correct........

Also try deleting the 186P file from your puter and redownload it and install it again......

I will try that again. When I do factoy reset, should the 186P defaut back to some other version on my unit?

No. Only if you load the factory file over it...

Is your autoroll set to "ON"

Its possible the lnb is dammaged, but the symptom's are wrong........

Sounds like it is not autorolling. Make sure your auto Roll setting is turned on and let it sit for a few mins.
