SV 360 Elite Transmitter Help?

Hi Guys, I have a SV 360 Elite and I just hooked up the Dongel to the back, everything seems to be hooked up correctly, I need to enter a S/N in the installation menu, I can enter A threw F I can't seem to enter any letter over F The first two letters of the serial number I want to enter is 1U, any help will be appreciated. I am trying to install a Netgear Ethernet Adapter Kit?:confused:

Ok Sorry i thought the sn was really just a mac address. Also thought it was a hex # a-f 0-9 no U... but then again.. what do I know!. Just trying to help.
