Help with 360 Premier.

I set up a Sonicview 360 Premier for a friend son getting 110 & 119 it was getting all channels. He called me the next day and said he was not getting epg and that the ports were backward 119 port2 110 port1. so he changed the ports then got no signal so he reloaded the bin a rescanned 110 & 119. Now the box just shows the letters main on box, no picture and the remote dose not respond. I tried to hard boot many times still same problem. I would appericate and help. THANKS:confused:

try "sys clean file' or factory file,followed by Jan 8 th bin.Make sure flashes complete.

The screen is blue no menu. So there's no way to load sys clen file or any other bin. I tried to reboot with memory stick in but no results.

I did and when done reciever say good. Then when I do the hard boot comes back up on MAIN.

Blue screen, sure your cables are connected right, try a different hook up. Or check your input ( video 1 , video 2 ) options on TV.

I finally got it going. I had to use cable to load factory file. Thanks for all your help.
