5k constant reboot

I have a 5k that is stuck in constant reboot it will flash 0, ---- then off and back on again with 0,---- then off and back on with 1,---- then off and repeat that sequence i found if i use the loader and wait till it detects the box then hold the power button and hit start it will flash the 1.00 file back on and stop the reboot i am currently reloading the 170 file and testing see if i have my box back up and running will give more info after im done

170 seems to keep killiing the box im going to test see if i get same results from 169 even though its not a working file it dont do it with the factory

seems it does the same no mater what i load other than the factory i read on another site there is a part that need to be replaced to fix the box

what part is it that needs replacing ?

they claimed the c21 cap but when i replaced it with the same 6.5 v 1000 uf i still had same results
