what to do with 7100?

I noticed that Norwest is still supporting the 8000 and the 8100, what up with that? Are we being forced to buy the upper end Coolsat boxes just to get the support. I bought 2 Sonicviews, they have great support, but aren't the caliber of the 2 7100's I have. What a shame.

They did the same old crap with the 6000's. no support for a long time, but keep sending out updates for the next step up (7100) so people start to buy them.. now no support on the 7100 so people move up the the HD. I just moved on to a more solid brand unit.
