for some reason my box wont accept the file! it goes thru the whole process of downloading, and then it says "FILE FAILED"

Have you tried rebooting your computer?

YES I just tried it again,,,and it does the same thing I have the
'pansat 2800A" but I have never seen a file in this format465 euox

I have pic. for about 10 min. then it goes out. comes back like in 3 min. could someone please help!
