The only advice I have for an Ariza 700 is take a hammer and smash it and buy a Viewsat LOL.
In all honesty......I never jtag's an Ariza....so good luck.;)

Try Flea-Bay. Search for J-Tag cable in CE section. Look for one that comes with a 20 pin header. You'll need that part as the Ariza board doesn't have pins on it to attach the J-Tag cable to.
