Bell Question

My 800 does not get bell, says scrambled channels. Is it just me or everyone. i have enabled the patch

BeV should be working for you:
As long as you have the latest file on there and of course Patch enabled.

Is the latest file on there?

If yes then try powering OFF the receiver from the back for 10 seconds and back ON again. See if that helps

Are you using the current file ?
Did it work before ?
LNBs... Switches.... etc... etc.

sorry, yes I uploaded the file today and watched the channels, then I have 3 different satellites, I selected 97W and was watching that for a few hours, when I went back to all satellites, it says scrambled on bell

Have you tried that?

You could also try:
1) Starting over. (Factory file, current file, Factory reset, set up antenna and scan)

2) Troubleshoot the possibility that your switch died.
- Disconnect and run each sat on there own directly to the lnb and see if that worked. Remember to change your antenna set up in your MENU options
