bev problem

Is the movie channels and ppv on bev not working? It's been about three weeks since I got them, now there always auto rolling. I have good signal&quality strength.I have a vs 2000 plat. Thanks for any help.

sorry but have you checked your tv today? all of b*v is black..it switched over to nag3 ...and at this time there is no fix
