I'm sorry.
I'm not understanding why this thread was closed??!? :noclue:
Ok
On a piece of paper, write down all your antenna settings cause in the coming steps will all be deleted.
(Your antenna settings as in LnB Type, Freq, DiseqC ETC ETC)
1) Do a Factory Default (I believe coolsats call it default not reset but it means the same thing) Look for those key words within your MENU
2) Load Factory File
3) Load Current File
4) Setup your satelites again in the antenna set up. (Remember it was all deleted)
5) Scan for channels for all your sats
If still nothing than something is wrong hardware wise.
1) Could be a dead diseqC switch.
2) Could be a dead LnB
3) Could be your dish was moved by a certain force
4) Could be a bad cable
5) You may have even plugged the damn thing in the wrong spot in the back
Just gotta troubleshoot bud

Hard booting is shutting the receiver OFF from the back of the unit and back ON after 10 seconds.
Sometimes helps

Centauri -Geeks gone wild... and trgger fingers.
Naz sounds like an auto TP update to me you might want to try some of what Centauri wrote out for you, I would be doing a rescan and turning auto TP off. Don't be affraid of breaking somthing help us help you by learning and in return everyone here will try to keep you on the right path. Watch out on the Hi-jack!!!!
Sushi - Same info for you play with you box hard reset might work - maybe your bin loaded incorrectly? Do you have a meter? Bad coax? Don't give up, learning is what makes this... educational -which makes it legal???
Donald - I highly doubt its a grounding issue. Coax provides its own ground and power to the LNB and the dish itself is a simple reflector, grounding for the most part is for protecion. -My two cents.

Thanks folks for the help
Troubleshoot and okay now.
Recheck all my connections - found the connection inside the house a little loose. Tightened and okay

I am thinking justing loudly.
Would the program have anything to do with the voltage to the LNB - like restricting the voltage or is there a timer in the program to swtich the LNB voltage on and off
