should be workiing might need to do factory and factory reset first then load file and reset settings first though

i am having trouble since 2 weeks regarding turn off the unit, when using remote i turn off... night rider goes on and on... and then i need to do hard boot each time... any idea? I've already tried to load factory files and then new bins.. doesn't help.
any suggestion?
