new out of the box

have new captiveworks600s premium,loaded latest bin file,loaded no problem.when i unhooked from pc then hooked up to power and tv,turned on power from back switch,boot comes up,then,0123,then 8,s scroll across then goes to all 0,s.nothing happens,the tv is all snowy,checked connections,changed cables,tried to turn off power with remote,wont do anything.just like theres nothing on it.

did you do an antenna set up and a channel scan?sounds like you don't have any scanned in.

i cant do anything,like i said ,after i load everything,hook up to tv,turn everything on,nothing on tv scereen but snow.the menu doesnt come up on screen,just like it wasnt hooked to tv.so i cant do a scan if i cant get menu on screen

first, what bin are you using?,

also does ANY chan. number show on the display?,

is the chan. select switch on the back of the stb on the same chan. that the tv is on?, (3 on stb and chan. 3 on tv, or 4 on stb and chan 4 on tv),

if you STILL have no picture can you atleast get it into "boot" mode by holding the front pwr. switch and turning on the rocker switch on the back?,
if so then you can reload the correct bin, on the 600p you should be using the 1.75 bin,....

yes i have loaded right bin,put 3-3,tried 4-4 channel switch,the menu will come up but can hardly see it cause of the snow,tried another 2 stb,s they work fine.i,m thinking something wrong with tuner,.i tried the rca cord that came with it also,same thing.
