Buzz+ Feezing Up

I have a Buzz+ which is now a Sonicview 1000 Which I will post a concern on the Sv1000 area as well... My problem is it freezes. I try installing new fix it freezes. It gets passed the fix install and I go to reboot it freezes within seconds. Can someone help me out or tell where the fix for that would be if there is one???

I am looking at Charlie and some of the channels are freezing but some are not.Did you do a factory reset before installing 312P,just wondering.Well i was watching TV but not any more the freeze is for real ,we will just have to wait for a new fix.:(
