buzz+ problem

I am having a problem with the buzz plus freezing when you scan the sat.
you cant use any of the menu items. I have tried to redownload the factory bin but nothing seems to work? Does anyone have any suggestions?

He said he had no problems, working fine. Maybe check your connections or run line direct then try to scan. Good luck.
