Have you tried Hard booting it?

That means....

Shutting the receiver OFF from the back.
Wait 10 seconds.
Turn it all back ON again.

that is afirmative bin 150 does not work to open b3v will have to wait
for real fix this one went down with new ecm 1hour after release
this will be quick should be easy.
viewsat got one out 4 hours after down and still good
