Can't set up external harddrive.

I have a Western Digital 1TB external hd connected to my nfusion hd. The harddrive is formatted to FAT32, but can not find it on the reciever. Can anyone help.

Got problem fixed. Had to plug in harddrive & update software. Works fine now.

in the menu under installation-storage, do you have the REAR usb selected.

I could be mistaken but I thought I read 500gb was the max it would see?
