Captain we have big problem.

Now as stated by others, since i tried dongle and went back to files, stb boots, channel changer locks up, freezing and lose all info and set up. Mine just went dead again, think we need explanation to use 1 or the other or a more stable file.

Thanks truckman, i am worried about updating from 3.08 bacause dongle is very difficult to understand.....

f you are going back from dongle software back to stand alone then first do a full factory reset *meaning put check marks in both boxes *
next install the standalone file...do another full factory reset...

then setup sats again and scan :)


*if You don't do the full factory reset You will have problems as stated above in TMs post*

Trust me JA, i've tried every reasonable solution and still can't get this resolved. One thing left is to try the dongle set up again and start over. Will post back later.
