I think we can convert it, but waiting to see what and when anything gets working again. Having said this we will be testing a long shot idea over the coming weekes.
And just a note, many stbs will be door stops soon enough. tic toc

All captain units are now only good for true FTA only...done.

Actually your old fta receivers are not just door stops. They can be used for other things as well. A few examples follow.... Book ends, Fill with cement and use as anchor, if you have enough you can paint them and use them as landscape bricks, so you see if you put your mind to it we can all come up with good uses for any old FTA STB's we have lying around....LOL... Sorry I couldn't resist piping in with a little humor...LOL...

read up on it. IKS , In my opinion is not safe, but make your own judgement. I beleave most channels are up ( not 100% ) but i think 2 porn channels and VOD ( i think ). From what i read. For now every box that is not IKS is a doorstop ATM.
