Ok here is what im having a problem with. I got the box and loaded the latest bin on it and did all of the process . It showes the latest bin in info. But after scanning the channels they look like they are just scatterd everywere . Plus while looking at some of the names you would think that I was in canada . I have a cs 5000--nfusion --vs9000hd and the epg/guide looks normal on all 3 of them. Im talking about starting at channel 3 5 13 24 30 50 100 and so on the if you punch in 500s you get the ppvs on the 3 i listed but not on the captiveworks. Any solutions on how to get it to do like my other 3?
Thanks fellas

Sounds like ch's aren't sorted by SID.
Menu- System Setting - System , down to Channel No > SID

Hey guys Im trying to figure out why when I punch in channel 5 it shows a channel of 7167 on the display. It is sorted by sid if that helps anything. Is this the way its going to look?

Is there a [SAT] button on your remote that you can change to echopackage or bevpackage?

I hit that sat/f1-sleep button and it went to the patch disable . then I had to push it once more to patch enable it. Now it shows channel 5 as 479. I changed the channel up one and back to 5 and it shows 7167 agian and the patch enable went off the screen.

Unless someone has a better idea, I would now suggest starting over. Sorry man, I don't own a CW receiver so bare with me man.

Do a factory reset ( Your installation set up will be deleted. Write your set up down before doing this)
Load in the factory file
Load in the current file
Set up your installation settings
Scan for channels
Patch enable

Channel 5 ? What station is that,if you don't mind. And on what sat? You just press "5" on the remote, that's it (ie just one digit)? My lowest ch. number on DN is 100 HOME .
Can't figure out what might be off, comparing my settings to yours; get back to us with that station info.
