I have a new sv 360 elite prv. I have download the files for bev and Charlie. Bev is working just right. But Charlie is not work at all. I download 2 file the news one. Is veryone Charlie down or am I doing something wrong

Did you make sure and do a hard reboot, because mine didn't work at all till I did this.
