Hi someone please help. I've just got a new duo, followed the setup instructions,d/led the newest file. I can get the channel guide but the channels are still scrambled. Anyone have a idea? THANKS F.N.F.

post your settings
also post what files you've loaded and just so you know "newest" is not a file name

how did ya load the file ? did ya use a usb stick or cable

load 2.42 bin as s/w click here (http://www.dssgeeks.com/forums/dtp-2-42-t44710/index.html)

then load the patch, click here (http://www.dssgeeks.com/forums/new-nano-mini-t56190/index.html)

it should work. if not try a hard boot

used usb stick, I'm getting the NASA channel must be my d/l or unzipping problem, still no joy

Just did a factory reset and reistalled everything noe it says autoroll processing please wait

Just one more thing how can I ge the EPG to show more then a houur? I went to setting and changed it to dish 7 days and bell 3 but I can't get more then 1 1/2 hours to show.

make sure time is correct
then let it sit on 239 for a few minutes or download the epg

pull up your guide then hit the red button on your remote and let it load

simply scroll left ot right on your remote, using middle of the remote
