I am unable to bring up the initial configuration menu. Have installed the 460 bin after running the clean bin. Have two 'lights on the hub. Hard boot with rear switch or front switch does not produce the initial config menue.
What have I missed? Have tried with hardwire as well as wireless.

I’ve been seeing more and more of this issue.so for no one thing seems to fix it. Try a reset then load the factory bin and build from there, install the first ihub bin that came out then the second and keep going from there. Get back with how that works

Thanks for info. I reset several times and loaded the June 5 bin. Then turned off box by remote and then turned off box at the back. I did this 2 times or more and the last one brought up the config menu. Before restarting I removed my usb stick. From another site I also did this: Held the "ok" button down while turning on the box from the rear. There is an "ok" button on front of reeiver
It seems that what is needed is a bin that really cleans out the existing code. I had run the clean bin before all of this.
