Confused???? Sound but No Pic?

I have everything running on this receiver all channels work for Bev, except for the Vu, RCVu, and the Venus don't work some of the channels have sound but no pic and say no service i: on/n: on/p: off/emul: off/ S.U.N.S disconnected
but some of the channels say S.U.N.S connected
Would anybody have any ideas as to what might be wrong?
using a DI-524 router and home plug wireless ethernet wire connecter from router to the receiver network conn is there........:noclue:
