Theres no abandonement by coolsat. Due to situations they can not bring you a fix for 4,5,6k. They have offered a very fair trade up program for owners of those boxes. Other manufactures have drop support, dropped out completey.

Ok guys dump isn't a file, they are telling that they will replace it read here
