Coolsat 6100 won't load any Channels.

My Coolsat 6100 won't load any Channels. I have 3 Receivers running 2 CS 6100'S and a CS 8100. All of them were working fine, but a lot of the channels were missing on one of the 6100's, so I did a factory reset. when I tried to down load the sat channels it will sit on 1% or sometimes 7% and go no further. same on all four birds, and when I try to exit out of the installation screen,it won't exit. I have to shut it of at the back. I have tried factory reset several times but to no avail. Tried unplugging, removing sat cable form the back, letting it sit unplugged for a while, but nothing seems to help. hopefully someone a little more knowledgeable will have an answer for this problem. did you try loading the factory bin first then load latest then auto scan

are you loading the factory channel list or do a auto scan ? sorry your not clear on that .you dont need a channel list if thats what your doing ,just be sure your satellite settings are set right and do a autocsan of the sats you want

Coolsat 6100, Reloaded new file and channel's downloaded fine.
