Coolsat 8100HD Vs Others

I'm looking to buy an HD stb. I've found the regular coolsat stb's easy to use and really fast downloading. I know it takes time for coders to get fixes and maybe coolsat might be alittle slow on fixes, however, sometimes not having to rebuild it is better.
My question is does the coolsat 8100HD get the same amount of hd channels
as the Viewsat9200HD and Sonicview 8000HD get with the 8psk module?

Yes it gets the same amount of HD channels.

But do you really want to spend good coin on a receiver thats lacking support?
This receiver is NOT Centauri approved

There are some troubles with the CS8100HD but I do have to say I love the HD quality when it works and it is not like it costs a bunch like what you would have to normally pay so I am very satisfied with mine and I have my pansat 3500SD for backup (a great box) so I just cannot complain. They all take time so I say be patient and it will come It just don't help to wine about it . Thanks for all the help to everyone who helps me and my boxes
