If you had what you think was a orginal coolsat 5000 and 6000 and it died you are now aware you have a clone (not a real one)
Only cloned 5000 and 6000's were killed none of the orginals.
Many not so nice dealers are selling clones as orginals. This is not right.
It is one thing to buy a clone because you know it is but totaly different when your told its the real deal only to find out it is not.
Currently there is no JTag type software that can fix a killed 5000 or 6000 so what is a person to do.
Simple Coolsat usa is offering you a chance to replace your cloned 5000 and 6000 for a orginal one.
The head people in charge don't want you to be without TV just because someone lied to you so here is what you do.
Fill out this clone report form at: http://www.coolsatusa.com/clonerma.htm
They will get back to you on how to proceed forward.
You will have to provide positive proof of purchase so that the cloners can be suied.
Names and address will be checked to verify they are not fake.
If possible you need to do a charge back against the persons you bought the clone from.
You will have to wait for a RMA# from Coolsat before shipping your clone in. Any box arriving without a RMA# will be refused.
