cs4000 10 second timer

swapped my cs4000 out with specific instuctions that if it goes down there is no fix untill new bin. got box back and they must have messed with the connections, now i cant get in the menu more then 8 to 10 sec. not long enough to do factory reset or anything else. box comes on ok but after 8-10 sec i get a 0 or 1 and remote doesnt work.box will take bin files, chan list. ive done my research and find nothing. deos it need jtaged?

There is no new bin out.

a friend who had a converted pansat 2500 to 2700 was down and the spare cs4000 i had was working with an old bin 156 i think, so i let him use it till a new fix came out for his con 2500. i loaded the pansat and returned, only to get back a non working cs4000.

loaded factory 120 3 times. then 156, 166 nothing. friend has no fta knowledge.

I can say for a fact that after the last ECM hit - with bin 156 my 5K was turning on/off on it's own

I loaded 166 and it stopped.
At present there are no new bin for Cs 4 5 6. Should be 167 if we get one

new bin wont help me. box shuts down after 6-10 sec.
