What happens when you unhook your coax. See if it stops being froze. On the CS6000 I am waiting for a new bin also but I have read that you might have to load the factory bin first then the new bin. I know I had to do this to my other box which is a CW700,

Hope this helps.

i had same problem with my cs6000, found that if you unhook coax and use power switch on back, may have to do 3-4 times before it will reset. do not hook the coax back up, or within 2-3 minutes it will lock up again.i am gonna' try and reset then load factory settings and try again..will let you know what happens later.

cs6000 is now un-frozen, but still no channels available. remove coax then turn box on and off with rear power switch then back on and you should be unlocked. go to menu and reset factory settings. all good.

you will have to wait for a new bin to be released your best off factory flashing factory reset and leaving lnb line disconected till then

no bin begging please as it is not allowed. noone on this site is a coder the files are brought to this site as a convienience for you so you dont have to go hunting for your files. when the files are released they will be posted as of yet no files have been released for 4 5 6k cs boxes.

Been away for a week, so I missed alot of this conversation. My machine froze also, and I just nturned it off on the back and then on again. Before it had a chance to fully boot up, I started pushing the channel up button on the machine. It prevented it from freezing when it was booted. May not need this info now, but if it happens again - you may want to try that. Looks like a new bin is available. Hope I get some use out of it before its gone. Cheers.
