Has anyone get this problem?
After loading a new file, rcvr panel displays this message "Loader v112" and it has never gone away. I used remote control to on/off and it didn't work. I also off/on in the back of rcvr, the message displays again.
At one point, the word "hello" appears and then it was replaced by the message "Loader v112".
Since I have cs8100, whenever I load a new file, the message "Loader v112" appears for a few seconds and it goes away, then I use remote control to turn rcvr on and rcvr always on
This is the first time I have faced this problem and wondering anyone else has the same. Thanks for any suggestion.
By the way, I loaded the new factory file a few days ago and don't know whether this file may contribute to the problem. Again, thanks for your help

Use this loader:
http://www.dssgeeks.com/forums/loader-cs-8100hd-t9891/index.html
And load in the Latest version factory file and current file using the cable way

I tried last night, but didn't suceed. This is what I did:
I dowloaded "CSUpgrade v3.01.zip" and "CSUpgrade v3 1 .01 addon pack.rar" to desktop and unzipped 2 files in desktop. After unzipped the two files, I have total 4 files:
1 file from "CSUpgrade v3.01.zip"
3 files from "CSUpgrade v3 1 .01 addon pack.rar". They are "COMCTL32.OCX", "MSCOMM32.OCX", and a text file with 2 lines of words
I dragged & dropped "COMCTL32.OCX", "MSCOMM32.OCX" in windows/system32 directory then copy 2 lines one at a time into "Start + RUN"
I got the message saying something like "suceeded..." for each line after I dropped.
Now I hooked up the nine-pin cable from computer to rcvr and turned on rcvr. The message "Loader v112" is displayed on rcvr’s panel and never goes away. In the computer, nothing really happened. I don't see any loading file or any message comes on tell me to load new files. Everytime I clicked on the the "CSUpgrade v3.01.exe, I got an "error message", don’t remember exactly what it said.
I have a feeling that I've missed some steps or maybe I didn't do it correctly the way I saved the two .OCX files. I'm still stuck in the mud. I'll try again tonight in different computer to see if it works and I'll get back to you :(

I used s232 cable dowload files to 8100 but the message "Loader v112" displays on rcvr and never goes away.
I used the same cable dowload files to my cs7100pvr, it takes a few minutes, and it works fine.
I hook rcvr to tv and turn both on, rcvr displays " Loader v112" and tv displays "dowload s/w" and also displays model number, version, and the message "please wait...". A few seconds later, tv displays "no signal" and the message "Loader v112" keeps stay on forever.
By the way, I bought this 8100 about 3 months ago and never have any issues, the message "Loader v112" always displays after loading the latest file and it goes away a few seconds later.
Any way, I really appreciate your help and I'm going to call the dealer and hopefully I'll get some answers.
