I have a CS8100HD and although the support is a little slow I do Love the box and I have gotten a lot of support from this site for all the problems that I have had for this box and for my PANSAT 3500SD so thanks to all so now to my new problem I am having a problem picking up nimig 2 (82 west) . I had it last night and gone today still have nimig1.3 (91 west)and I tried to realign my dish but no luck is anyone else having a problem. I also have 110 and 119 west but all good signals there I have a DPP44 switch and dp dual lnb. THANKS for any help

I can't recall the last time my hd worked. Dn is fine but hd has been down forever. Let me know if you find something out about the hd and I will do the same if I find out something. Thanks

I got it back ,signal is not great but at 42-52% but all is working but goes out every 15-20 min or so . try to go to 805 and let it download for a min or so and retry 810 or 811 that is what helped mine when I could not get any HD and had a signal of 42% then it came in and every bin I have loaded since has worked .
