CW 600S Premium will not save renamed channel names

Hi I've looked everywhere and did not find any info.
I was given a CW600S premium.
Model ID CX_Kround
H/W ver V1.00
S/W ver V1.76
loader ver V3.01
date 05-03-2008
after scanning channels it does not get full name and some channels only have prog1. ...ect. Yes full name selected in menu.
and if I try to edit name it will only save same amount of letter eg. ppv can be changed to any 3 charictures.
tried saving data to computer and edit with channel master and after saving and the exporting as captiveworks file will not load the file.

Do I have wrong program

load long channel names what you need BV or Dn or both.

I also noticed earlier that CW has problem to save renamed channel names.

But did not bather to investigate further. long names works fine.
