ok i got a new cw3000 it has the new factory file on it i put the new update {bin}on and i got the guide and the free channels ex: angel nasa. but thats all that comes in it showing the channels but there saying not available . did i miss a file too put on or something like the other cw600s cw800 wherer u have too enable patch ex:f1 000 any help would be great thanks

try a fac default and rescan channels

I dont own one of these bad boys but have a look around. It will be somewhere within the MENU and will be called either Factory default or factory reset.

Just know that doing this will delete everything off your receiver that you have inputted. You will need to re-enter all your antenna settings and rescan for channels.

But its good to do this once in a while anyways

You need to connect youre 3000 to youre internet via ethernet cable download the new software from the official cw websight install it into youre 3000. then you can load these new updates.

thanks ihad the new factory file 1.1.0.13 on it when i got i put cw3000-sc-update-03-06-fixed.tar.zip and u know the rest thanks

loaded 2-13 update then 3-06 update works great thanks
