CW600S Premium: Help with Antenna Setting and Channel Scan

I uploaded the latest bin.
I tried to scan channels but I couldn't find the usual satellites that I used to have on my CoolSat, such as:

91.0W Nimiq 1,3
97.0 IA-5
101.0W AMC4
110.0W Echostar 8,10
119.0W Echostar 7


Please help me with the following questions:

(1) Do I have to do something called "Update Channel List on PC" before scanning the channels? According to the Guide For Dummies, I need to have the sdx file “_61-82_91_110_119_LEGACY_NO_CHANNELS.sdx”. Where can I find this file?

(2) Is there a complete guide to help me set: LBN Power, LNB Type, LNB Freq., 22KHZ, DisEqc Switch, Committed Switch, Legacy SW, etc... like my settings on CoolSat?

you don't need a channel list file upload

after you updated the receiver do a factory reset, then start your setup
