When ever i turn on my power on the back of the reciever it just pops up boot will someone please help

yes just update with new file in that boot mode and then let it reboot on its own... you need to use the serial cable that came with the box, ya need to wait and give it time.. after say 3 or 4 min and it does not reboot then cycle off power from back then back on. If it just says "End" and stays there then power down then back on from the back
