Different channel numbers!

Need help! My viewsat plat. dn channels numbers are not how there supposed to be. They are not coming in there original channel numbers. All the channel numbers are starting from 4000.I did couple time factory flash and default setting still channels numbers

Pess the sat boton from your remout control and select echostar package. Good luck.

if you select echostar package it should put your channels in order.

I try with ecostar Package, default setting and sort by SID still no change.

have you tryed loading factory file followed by latest bin file then scan your sats .

Yes, I did already 5 times but still same problem.

First recheck your antenna settingss. I made the mistake once that I had my 110 and 119 on the same diseqC number. And that screwed up my channel line.

Now that your sure all your antenna settings are correct, write them down cause now your gonna start from scratch. Everything will be deleted.

1) Load in the Factory file
2) Load in the Current file
3) Do a factory reset (Factory Default on some models)
4) Set up your satellite settings. Make sure its perfect!!
5) Scan for channels. DO NOT USE BLIND SCAN

Now see if your channels are in order with echostar package
