Duel LNB Set Up

Still rather new at this and need help I've read up and down in and out and can not find the solution to my new self inflected problem!!

I have a Coolsat 7000 pvr been working fine until I bought a new dish with 2 lnb's to get 110 & 119 I have the dish set and receiving a good signal on 119 but how did I switch to 110 to tweak it out? Can anyone help?

Set the dish up getting 110 1st,skew a little to get 119 if not there already?

Is there any switching in the menu I have to do to get both going?

In the menu witch option should I choose on LNB type?
