duo scramble on all channels

my duo got scrambles on all channels, tryed factory default stell the same can anyone help me

i tryed that one still dont work, all my setting i wright ,i tryed factory default,i tryed hard reboot,it started out freezin ever five minuts or so,then i did a factory default and got scramble on all channels.any suggestions

After the factory default, did you put the factory file on before the new patch?

There was an ECM last night at around 5:30 and the 0109 patch is no good. A new patch was released within 3 hours last night which corrects the problem. I'm at work now but if you can't find the patch I'll try to put it on here. (nice having a job where I can surf the web when bored....these days I guess it's nice having ajob))

ok when i try to load files it shows ,error.. the file may be corrupted or outdated

were do i get the factory files ,and do i load them the same as the others
