I know I can take .ts files from my pvr and convert them to DVD(VOB) or MPG but is their a program that will convert from DVD(VIB) or MPG to .ts? Then I could transfer to my external HD a use my pvr to watch them?

Use VideoRedo to convert to mpg then use nero to burn to dvd

Thats not what i wan to do. If you read my post I stated that I do know and have converted .ts files to dvd.

User wants to use his 7k asa madia player by converting files from DVD or ect to .ts that the unit will play - anyone with 2 cents on this?

Videoredo has an option to convert mpg to transport stream (.ts)
