Help with Echo 7

Thank you for your help i can get on EchoStax 8x but when I try to get on to Echostar 7 it doesn’t work it shows that there is signal but it doesn’t work any ideas?

What brand and type lnb?
Please list you settings.........

With the Echostar package it seem like Echostar 8x works well but 7 and 3 not so much here and there... im using sonicview 360 premier.......
On all three I have strong S and Q in the 90's but 8x is the only SAT that works well..
I also have 2 dishes outside one is set for 61.5 and the other dish is for 110 and 119 with one receiver is there a better bin or maybe another way to set it up....
