Echostar 3 has no signal

i was trying to load channel for Echostar 3. CW700 showing no signal on any transponder. please help how to fix this issue.

Please advise your dish setup; LNB's, switches, satellites aimed at, etc. Then what the antenna setup menu screen shows for 61.5.

i have similar LNB setting that for 119,110 and 91. with same setting signal is comming for other recievers viewsat, coolsat and ariza 700
