epg inconsistant

Hello all,
My epg (SV360premier) shows - no information - but a few channels do show epg, when I try to view that particular channel to watch, it comes up as 'signal scrambled' with no picture

Any thoughts

What sats are you trying to receive? Are you using the latest file?

Yes, D/N 110 and 119 and the latest file(s) I believe
