When loading a Satopia for the very first time, you will notice that the Providers Dish Network (ECHO) and Bell Express Vu (Nimiq) are not in the Satellite List.
After loading the latest file to your Satopia, follow the instructions in the included Adobe Document to Factory Default your Satopia ST1100-UT.
Now the Providers Dish Network and Bell Express Vu appear in the Satellite List.
The Providers Dish Network and Bell Express Vu will now remain in the Satellite List even after most updates.
You can follow this procedure to Factory Default your Satopia ST1100-UT at any other time as well.
