what factory file do i u use

i have a skyview600 converted to a captiveworks , if i want to do a factory file which one do i use ...the reason i ask is because the reciever is not working now with lastest file ...can,t get the menu screen nothing but it down loads no problem so i want to take it back to factory either captive works or skyview ... any help would be great

how i fix it turn on stb hit menu up arrow hit ok twice then left arrow then ok
that fixed the green screen
