factory flash bin

I ran the first time factory flash bin. Now my ariza seem to be frozen. I have turn it off in the back and I unplugged it to and all I get is a line . I tried to load the factory flash be it will not go

When you get the 4---- other wise known as night rider lights. Put the factory file anyways. The night rider lights will continue until download is complete. Then put in the current file. Night rider lights may still continue but when this file is fully loaded on should work fine again. You would need to set up your antenna again and scan for channels because an automatic factory reset would have occured
