file invalid or corrupted?

Help! When I download the new bin and try to extract the file it says, no files to extract, I tried using WinRAR and a diagnostic message pops up saying unexpected end of archive, and when I double click on the folder it says it’s invalid or corrupted. I’ve tried downloading it a few times is anyone else having this problem or does anyone know what is wrong?
